  This is the rudest company I have ever had the unfortunate disgrace to encounter. I locked my keys in the car before work and I called them at 9AM, they told me to make an appointment from 2-4 and that they would call me before heading my way. Around 3:30 I called them asking where they were and they referred me to a technician named Daniel who was also very rude, and he said he couldn't take me because I hadn't made an appointment through him. I called back the original number and I didn't get the girls name, sadly, but she ended up telling me that it wasn't that they were busy, they just didn't have anyone to come to my car. I asked her if they had my contact info why didn't they just call to tell me that instead of having me wait. Her response? It's not my problem anymore and she hung up the phone. Worst customer service ever.
