- David VasquezDec 17, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Doesn't even deserve one star... went in 3-1/2 weeks ago to do taxes..lady says she will get started on it and I could leave. I went back Monday because I have been leaving msgs and wasn't getting a returned calls. Turns out the lady took all my stuff home to do, when the manager specifically told me when she couldn't find my packet, (that was not allowed).. today is Wednesday and I'm getting a call from a new lady asking questions about it and saying I was gonna be charged $100 a hour to work on them... after I was told I wouldn't be charged for the past 3 weeks, I told them I would pick up my stuff and take it elsewhere... unorganized location...
