  Managers and staff are RUDE, comparied to last year!.... Excuses excuses new software new fees can not see or get me a copy of last year's return.. NOT WILLING TO GO THE EXTRA MILE TO HELP GET THE BEST REFUND!!! I GOT THE SAME AMOUNT AT HOME ON THE WEB...

  I did my taxes here last year... I didn't have health insurance and I got the a "fee" for about $100... I latter found out I was exempt from the fee. Either they took my money or they aren't verry good at what they get paid to do. And they gave me three voucher for $50 so when I recommend them to a friend they gave me $50 I could have made my $150 from that but I decided not too because after finding out what they did I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. By the way when I told the girl I was gonna come back latter after cheking if I was exempt or not she got nervous and gave me some excuse about how I wasn't exempt i decided to go through with the filing of my taxes here because I was tired even tho I didn't believe her so I don't think it was a mistake. I wouldn't recomed this place who knows what other tricks they use.
