  Recently ordered a Christmas tree online i was very excited I put the tree up all decorated and at the end realized I was missing remote. So the next day I called Sears letting them know I explained I had my tree up decorated if there was any possible way they could just give me a remote even if it was from a demo. I really didn't want to take my tree down and take it to store. The employee stated I had to bring tree back and he could exchange. and that he couldn't give me a remote and that he had one tree only on stock. So i rushed home to get tree down after work took it to Sears they tell me they have none on stock and said we can give you remote. I was so furious but keep cool about it and told him that's what i asked in the beginning they said it was impossible.. he said sorry.. so fine they open box try tree out with remote, it worked packed it up and gave me remote. When I get home I open box and my tree stand is missing I had to rush back to go pick up cause they left out.. it was a frustrating experience.. all I needed was that remote in the beginning I was very unhappy with service having to make all those trips for no reason...
